Sharp Index Annual Campaign

We have been able to expand our work to improve physician mental health and reduce mental health stigma. In some states, physicians are still asked for their complete mental health history for licensure. There are still health systems that blame individuals for unsafe work environments. The past few years have seen staffing shortages, national attention, conflict, and an increase in healthcare worker violence. We responded to direct need for education and childcare grants, and recognized the progress in healthcare.

Share your story of #HealersNotHeroes.

How can you help? We would love to invite you to be part of our annual giving campaign.

Here are some ways to help:

  • Share our fundraiser online. We have some images to help.

  • Donate

  • Follow our Facebook Fundraiser.

  • Match employee donations from our organization.

  • Follow us online and share your story of healthcare workers being healers, not heroes. #HealersNotHeroes

  • Start your own crowdfunding campaign.

Patients should have access to healthcare without a system that calls the people giving them care heroes. Why don’t we create a system that allows everyone to get the care they need, without sacrifices or unsafe staffing and hours. Physicians deserve technology, administration, and licensure that makes care delivery easier.

You are needed. Thank you for being part of this work.
