Research Committee
The Research Committee plays a crucial role in driving evidence-based practices and advancing knowledge in healthcare mental health and advocacy.
Responsibilities include:
Research Planning and Execution: Develop and implement research plans, including study design, data collection, analysis, and interpretation, to address relevant questions and gaps in the field.
Research Participation and Funding: Actively participate in and fund research studies and initiatives that align with the organization's research priorities and contribute to the advancement of workplace wellbeing and mental health. This committee decides which initiatives to fund.
Impact Evaluation: Assess the impact of research efforts on organizational goals and outcomes, tracking the dissemination and utilization of research findings in shaping policies, practices, and interventions.
Internship and Researcher Engagement: Develop relationships with interns, emerging researchers, and research professionals, providing mentorship opportunities and fostering their involvement in research projects.
1-10 hours per month, depending on selected project.
