Come participate in our #Turnout4Burnout virtual run to show your support for those in healthcare that are facing burnout! We celebrate the importance of mental health and connection while doing something healthy. Why not do something good for your mental health while also contributing to mental health support?

Mental health is health, and it impacts physicians and healthcare workers as caregivers and as individuals. Together, we can destigmatize mental health and create a culture that's more aware of mental health and how to combat it. You can sign up on our RUNSIGNUP page.

This event can give physicians the courage to open up about their own connections to the cause, and a platform to raise awareness about mental health and suicide prevention in the community. Friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers can choose to run or walk side-by-side in an effort to support one another and also take time to remember those that we have lost.

We partner with corporations and healthcare groups that want to host local #Turnout4Burnout events.

Get Movin!

Complete the distance you signed up for at your convenience, any time, anywhere during the dates of the race.

Tracking your time is optional, you can use any tracking app that you prefer.

Submitting time is also optional, but to see how you placed overall and to print your finisher certificate, you will need to submit your time.

Once you finish your registration, you will receive a race packet with a t-shirt, bib number, finishers medal, and other surprises from our sponsors. Want to sponsor a group or all runners? Please contact us.

Shipments will be on a rolling basis. Shirts will be ordered August 15, so if you sign up after that, your shirt will be delayed. 

*Deadline to register and receive your welcome package in time is November 2, 2022. Please note, that any registrations after this date may not receive their package before the end of the event.

Do you need a coach or want to train for this? We have resources for you!

  • Like all exercise programs, you should consult a physician before starting this. You can tell your physician that you support them while you check about your health.

  • There are a handful of free resources that help people train to reach their goals.

  • Find people to partner with who are in the running community that want to help with the cause and people will be linked to them
