Responsibilities include:

Educational Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of educational initiatives that enhance healthcare education, promote innovative learning methods, and address student-specific challenges in medicine.

Curriculum Enhancement: Collaborate with medical educators and institutions to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the medical curriculum, ensuring it aligns with evolving healthcare needs and best practices.

Mentorship Programs: Establish and coordinate mentorship programs that connect medical students with experienced healthcare professionals, offering guidance, support, and career development opportunities.

Student Engagement: Develop and organize events, workshops, and conferences that foster student engagement, encourage collaboration, and provide platforms for knowledge-sharing and networking among medical students.

Student Wellbeing: Promote student wellbeing by advocating for mental health support, work-life balance, and resources to address stress and burnout during medical education.

Participate in a once a year #turnout4burnout fun student led fundraiser.

Research Opportunities: Identify and promote research opportunities for medical students, facilitating their involvement in research projects and encouraging their engagement in evidence-based practices.

Professional Development: Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions that enhance the professional skills and competencies of medical students, preparing them for successful careers in healthcare.
