Programs Committee

The Programs Committee is responsible for providing interesting and informative educational programs and an annual conference Sharp Index. The Committee crates at least 12 hours of educational opportunities for the community for each calendar year including webinars, videos, and events. This committee is all about maximizing the impact of other Sharp Index committees.

The Committee endeavors to provide a variety of event formats and session topics with a focus on physician and healthcare mental health. Additionally, the Committee coordinates all corporate partnerships in support education and programming.

Responsibilities include:

Program Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of programs aligned with the organization's mission and goals.

Education and Training: Organize and facilitate educational activities, workshops, and training sessions, providing a minimum of 12 hours of education per year with the research committee.

Content Curation: Review and curate existing Sharp Index work online, ensuring relevance and accuracy with the communications committee.

Program Implementation: Support the smooth execution and timely implementation of programs and initiatives with the physician committee and other stakeholders.

Evaluation and Feedback: Collect feedback and assess the effectiveness of programs to drive continuous improvement.

Partner Management and Recruitment: Manage relationships with partners, foster collaboration, and actively seek new partnerships in partnership with the corporate committee.

Resource Management: Secure necessary resources and funding to support program implementation and sustainability.

Annual Report: Prepare and present a comprehensive yearly report on program achievements, impact, and future goals.

Program Promotion: Develop strategies and materials to promote programs, ensuring targeted outreach and maximum participation.
